KAWS
Design and CG production for KAWS collectible figures via Dispatch. From concept sketches and 3D modeling through final turnaround renders and production-ready assets, bridging art and commerce for one of the most recognized names in contemporary art.
From Sketch to Screen
Every figure started on paper. Top-down sketches mapped proportions, gesture, and personality before anything went into 3D. The concepting phase defined the visual language, balancing KAWS’ signature aesthetic with production feasibility for collectible manufacturing.

Building in Three Dimensions
Concept sketches translated into fully realized 3D models, refined in Rhino and form-modeled to match exact manufacturing tolerances. Turnaround renders confirmed silhouette, proportion, and surface detail from every angle before moving to production tooling.
Surface & Finish
Color, texture, and surface finish drive the collectible experience. Each variant was rendered with production-accurate materials, matte, gloss, metallic, to ensure what shipped matched what was approved on screen.
Production-Ready
Final renders delivered as production-ready assets for manufacturing partners and marketing collateral. The pipeline from sketch to final output was managed end-to-end through Dispatch, design, 3D, rendering, and asset delivery in a single workflow.
