Dispatch, Remote Digital Production Studio

Founded and ran a remote first digital production studio of 10–40 creatives. Led all sprint planning, ticket tracking, and design-to-development handoffs using Monday.com, Asana, and ShotGrid across simultaneous multi-client engagements. Pioneered AI assisted production workflows and automation pipelines in 2021–2022, before widespread industry adoption.
